Most dental billing consultants come from the practice side. They know how to submit claims — but they've never sat on the other side of the desk reviewing them. I'm different. I spent years verifying benefits and adjudicating claims at insurance payers, learning exactly how coverage decisions get made, what triggers a denial, and what makes an appeal succeed. That experience is now put to work for dental practices across Colorado. When I review your billing, I'm not guessing at what payers want to see — I know. And when I write an appeal, I know how to frame it to get results.     I started Dame Consulting because I wanted work that was actually mine — built around my own judgment and my own standards, not someone else's system. What drives me now is the same thing: helping practices take back the control that denied claims and tangled billing quietly take from them — the revenue, the time, the headspace to focus on patients instead of paperwork. I know what it feels like to want your work and your life to actually belong to you, and helping someone else get there is the part of this job I care about most.

Outside of client work, I'm a wife and a mother to two boys, a horticulturist, an amateur artist and musician, and I may dabble in a video game or two. Different hobbies, but the same person who won't let a denied claim go unresolved shows up in all of them.
